Refer a Friend Scheme: Fair Use Policy

At Octopus Money, we’re excited to reward our customers for spreading the word about our services. Our Refer a Friend scheme is designed to thank our customers and the friends and family that they refer, who genuinely want to benefit from financial coaching or advice. To keep things fair for everyone, we’ve created this Fair Use Policy.

1. Purpose of the Scheme

The Refer a Friend scheme is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. It is designed to encourage individuals to refer people they personally know who may benefit from Octopus Money’s services.

2. Eligibility

To participate:

• To participate:
• The person referring must be a current or former customer of Octopus Money.
• You must be a new customer with no prior history of paid services with us.

3. Reward Conditions

Referral rewards will only be issued when:

• You sign up using the correct referral process, and
  
• You meet all eligibility and qualifying criteria, such as enrolling in our Financial Planning or Wealth Planning service.

4. Right to Modify or Terminate the Scheme

Octopus Money reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend scheme and/or this Fair Use Policy at any time and without prior notice. Changes may take effect immediately and could be applied retrospectively.
