Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

Octopus Money Financial Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10339119), 33 Holborn, 7th Floor, London, England, EC1N 2HT (“Octopus Money”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2 Employees of Octopus Money, their immediate family members, and any agency or third party involved in administering this prize draw are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, complete an Octopus Money feedback survey during the relevant calendar month (a “Draw Period”). No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.2 Each Draw Period runs from the first to the last day of a calendar month. To enter a given month’s draw, the feedback survey must be completed by 23:59 on the last day of that month (“the Closing Date” for that Draw Period).

4. Entries

4.1 One entry per person per Draw Period. If more than one survey submission is received from the same person within the same Draw Period, only the first valid submission for that Draw Period will be counted.

4.2 A new, valid survey submission is required for each Draw Period a person wishes to take part in; entries do not carry over between months, and each month’s draw is conducted separately.

4.3 Entries may be disqualified where:

(a) the entry cannot be verified as genuine; or

(b) the entry is a substantial duplicate of another submission; or

(c) the entry is not fully completed; or

(d) it appears the entry is fabricated, incomplete, or otherwise inconsistent with genuine participation.

Octopus Money will act reasonably and consistently in applying these criteria.

5. Prize

5.1 One prize is available each Draw Period: a £100 voucher.

5.2 The voucher is provided through our partner Huggg. The winner can choose their own reward from over 120 participating retailers via the Huggg platform.

5.3 The Huggg voucher is subject to Huggg’s own terms and conditions, including any applicable expiry date, which will be provided to the winner alongside their voucher.

5.4 This draw is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Huggg or any retailer participating in the Huggg voucher platform.

5.5 There is no cash alternative to the prize, and the prize is not transferable to another person.

6. The Draw and Winners

6.1 The winner for each Draw Period will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during that Draw Period, using a verifiably random computer-generated process, with the draw taking place within 5 working days following that Draw Period’s Closing Date. Each valid entry carries an equal chance of winning; entries are not judged, scored, or ranked.

6.2 Winners will be notified and sent the voucher by email within 5 working days of the draw. No further action is required from the winner to receive their voucher.

6.3 If, either before or after a prize is sent, Octopus Money becomes aware that a winner did not meet the eligibility or entry requirements set out in these terms, Octopus Money reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the prize and, where practicable, select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries for that Draw Period.

6.4 Octopus Money will make available, on request, information confirming that a valid award has taken place, including to the Advertising Standards Authority and, on request, to individual entrants. Winners who would prefer their name not to be shared beyond confirmation to the ASA can let us know at support@octopusmoney.com.

7. Data

7.1 Personal data submitted as part of a prize draw will be processed to administer the draw in accordance with our Privacy Policy (octopusmoney.com/legal/privacy-policy) and your use of our app and services.

8. General

8.1 Participation in this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

8.2 Octopus Money may cancel or amend this prize draw only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, and will not make any change that disadvantages entrants who have already entered.

8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octopus Money is not liable for any entry that is lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received as a result of technical failure, network or system error, or any cause outside its reasonable control. This does not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8.4 Save as set out in clause 8.2, Octopus Money’s decision on all matters relating to the conduct of this prize draw is final; this does not affect your statutory rights.

8.5 If any provision of these terms is found by a court or regulator to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
