In just two years, the firm has grown rapidly, now reaching more than 250,000 employees through workplace partnerships.

The combination of technology and human touch was a central focus of the firm’s win. Octopus Money has developed its own Seccl-powered investment platform to lower costs and enhance the client experience, whilst implementing a pioneering use of AI to simplify back-office processes. These innovations have freed up advisers and coaches to spend more time with clients and allow the business to profitably serve investors with portfolios as small as £50k – a segment long underserved by the industry.
