2. Personal Financial Planning
A deeper 1-to-1 programme – for those who want to go further
For employees that want more, we offer a personalised financial planning journey for £299 per employee (only charged for employees that opt in).
You choose how to cover the cost for these employees:
- Employer Funded: You cover the full cost for any employee who opts in. You’ll only pay for those who use it.
- Salary Sacrifice: Employees pay from pre-tax salary and spread the cost over 12 months. It saves them ~40% – and they can only get that discount through you.
- Shared Cost: Split the fee with employees to keep it budget-friendly and ensure shared commitment.
