Gethin is a psychologist and author with over 20 years of experience in HR tech, employee wellbeing, and engagement. As a Member of the British Psychological Society and a member of the Royal Society for Public Health, he has been recognised as the 7th most influential HR thinker by the Hult Business School. He frequently meets with MPs and Peers to influence UK policy making. He is also an Executive Fellow at King’s College London, King’s Business School – a school in the top 1% globally.

Gethin serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at both Benifex and Zellis, two of the UK’s leading providers of employee benefits and payroll solutions.

Anasuya is Chief Commercial Officer at Octopus Money, where she leads the mission to make financial advice as accessible as a gym membership. She works closely with HR and Reward leaders to help employees build financial confidence, reduce money stress, and plan for brighter futures.
She brings deep experience across financial services and business growth, having held senior roles at Octopus Investments, Jefferies, Deloitte, and Willis Towers Watson.

With a background in Mathematics and Actuarial Science, and an MBA from London Business School, Anasuya combines technical expertise with a passion for practical, human-centred solutions to money.

Tom is Head of Personal Finance at Octopus Money, a money advice brand for everyone. Tom spends his time designing the logic and customer journey to deliver regulated financial advice to the many, using the best of technology and humanity. Like many of our colleagues, Tom is passionate about bridging the advice gap and making money advice accessible to all.

Before he was wrapped up by Octopus Money’s tentacles, Tom played a leading role in building and scaling robo-advisers in the UK, including Wealthsimple (which was later sold to Moneyfarm) and Nutmeg.
