We’re currently moving your assets to the new Octopus Money Platform and setting up a new client portal, where you’ll be able to see the value of all your plans.
Your transfers are in progress, and we’re hoping to provide access to your new portal soon.
Unfortunately, we can’t be more specific on timings, as this will depend on when your transfers complete. As you know, we’re transferring your assets in-specie so that there is no “time out of the market”. The nature of in-specie transfers means that, in some cases, transfers can take several weeks to complete.
We’ll be in touch with details of how to log in to your new portal as soon as your assets are available to view.
