I love helping people uncover their financial options – some of which, they perhaps never knew existed.

Since I was a child, I have been fascinated with personal finance, and I started saving when I was at primary school. I am the person whom all my friends and family come to when they need help figuring out anything to do with money. I’ve helped them learn about mortgages, pensions, investing, ISAs, budgeting, you name it! My degree is in business, and I spent 20+ years working in marketing, management and tech. Then my job was made redundant. I Googled “how to become a personal finance coach”, and here I am! 

I could help you to see and understand your full financial situation as it stands today, and how you could start to organise your money now, to progress towards where you want to be in the future. Don’t have any financial goals? Perhaps you have a list of things that are worrying you instead. I could help you to step back, to unpick the money issues on your mind and to grasp the longer-term picture, so that you come away from our coaching sessions with a clear idea of things you want to address, how much money you’re allocating to each thing on the list, and your desired timescale for each one. I could build all of these into a personalised financial plan for you, and we can set actions together so you have a strategy for moving forward. Throughout, I am here to explain anything you’re unsure about, make suggestions to uncover more options or act as an accountability partner to help you keep up the momentum.

Money is still a taboo subject, and not everyone has someone in their life that they can talk to about their finances. As your money coach, I am your judgement-free, confidential sounding board: we can be completely transparent with each other, and there is no such thing as a stupid question.
