Hi, I’m Chris. After a 30 year career in Supply Chain and Logistics I decided to forge a new and exciting career path. I’ve always had a bit of a nerdy passion for Personal Finance – so this coupled with a desire to really help people take control of their finances and make confident decisions about their financial future made working for Octopus Money as a Financial Coach a very natural fit for me.

I’ve always viewed Personal Finance as a bit like language – and if you don’t speak the language it can be a bit daunting! So I see part of my role as a translator – simplifying and explaining financial information, ideas or concepts in a way that is clear and easy to understand – which then gives you comfort that you have the tools and the knowledge to make decisions that are right for you and your personal financial situation.

As your money coach, I can work with you to build your own personalised plan. This will help you take control of your financial situation – you may want to look at how you budget, get a clearer picture on the impact of your spending, work towards some exciting financial goals, or think about how you save or invest your money. There’s no judgement and there are definitely no stupid questions! – I’ll provide guidance, help you to consider the pros and cons of some potential financial options available to you and encourage you to take accountability for your finances.
